how to make chocolate chip cookies

1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. in a small bowl combine 2 1/4 cup flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, and a pinch of salt. set aside
3. in a big bowl beat 2 sticks of softened butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp vanilla
4. add two eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
5. gradually beat in flour mix
6. stir in as many chocolate chips as you see fit (milk chocolate is my favorite but it doesn't really matter what kind of chocolate chips you use)
7. drop by tablespoons onto an ungreased baking pan or cookie sheet.
8. bake for 9 min or until it just starts to turn gold around the edges.
9. use a spatula to remove cookies onto a wire rack
10. eat eat eat!!!!!
